Speed build of a big, cute, cozy Mediterranean family house that I built on a beautiful 20x30 lot in the world of Oasis Springs in The Sims 4! It's kind of Spanish Colonial and Californian inspired and it has room for 4 sims total! I think it's really pretty and I hope you all like it too! As someone that lives in a very hot country: tiles inside the house are soooooo good during summer. They stay cool during extreme hot days and it's very common around here to just lay down on the floor and take a nap 😆 And they pretty much have that terracota kinda color, so this build feels very realistic to me

The interior looks amazing 💖! I really enjoy your buildings in warmer worlds, for someone like me that has to deal with 40°C everyday for three months during summer in my country the tile floors and the furniture you use have very cozy vibes 🤧💕
