Love the nails! And for the question i allow my clients to drink after im done applying on one hand & i know the acrylic has dried but to the smoking its a no even tho its my own home. I dont want any smoke in my face or contaminating my products. We can smoke before or after appointment & it has to be outside.

New subscriber here by the way and about your question personally I wouldn't want anyone to smoke or drink because I'd rather them have their mask on the entire time during covid and because the smell of that stuff bothers me tbh but also because i don't smoke so i don't like to be around it tbh. that's my opinion on the subject and your nail videos are too detailed i like it a lot. I was starting to learn how to do nails about a year ago but i didn't stick with it but I like how you take your time and are so professional with it and your videos are really nice to watch even though i don't do nails lol.👏🏾👏🏾

I love this pastel purple && the glitters are so pretty ! I don’t mind smoking/drinking while I’m working but I just did one of my friends from high schools nails. I had to go to her house two days in a row. First day I was there til 5pm to 4am. Second day I was there 3pm to 2am. Since the time I got there it was a nightmare. First she wanted me to take her to the grocery store to get her kid food. Which he is a child and I’m not gonna let a child go hungry. Then we get back every 20 minutes someone was coming to pick her up she would leave for about 20 mins then come back she did that about 3 times. Every 10 minutes she kept running to the bathroom and would be in there for like 30-45 minutes I swear she was in there doing drugs. The first time was after I had put her tips on shapes and blended. She came back with 2 tips popped off. Then every 2 minutes she would get up to get food. First time she made a turkey sub, then got up and got 2 ice cream sandwiches the food was getting all in her nails smh. She got up again and got 2 more ice cream sandwiches!!! So after that she kept falling asleep nodding off pulling her hands from me in her sleep. 😭 so then I get to doing the polish and yu kno gel has the sticky layer! Out of no where this girl starts itching her head her skin getting everything and fuzz stuck in her polish. At the point I said f it if she don’t care I don’t care so I didn’t even wipe it off. I’m amazed at how good they came out despite all the bullshit I was put thru!!!! Never again complete nightmare client ! And then she didn’t even tip me for all my time she waisted 🤦🏻‍♀️

These are so cute !!! To answer the questions, I would say no the both elements especially if its in my house. Someone will eventually get too comfortable and disrespect your space and as a tech/stylist i would never do either while servicing a client. As for homegirl yes its weird she's sending the same message to multiple techs, don't get me wrong you may follow different people for inspiration and motivation but anything over two is fake. I only say two because one may do blinged out fab nails and the other may do regular classic nails and you may seek out advice from both since their style may be so different but i feel she's not genuine at all.

the smoking wouldn't bother me but I wouldn't allow them to drink just because I don't want anyone lit driving and I would feel responsible if they got into an accident because they were trying to get tipsy or drunk while getting their nails done.

******ACRYLIC WARNING BELOW******* Gorgeous as always!💕😍 I'd say it's up to the individuals if smoking or drinking is allowed. As far as those seeking advice in a less than honest way like that isn't genuine. Sounds like they say what they think you all want to hear for free free advice. *SMH They likely won't get far if they behave this way in general. Taking all they can get and putting no effort or passion will lose clients. I think it's important to know and share that acrylic and monomer are extremely flammable. The heat from a cigarette (when a drag is pulled) is enough to ignite acrylic in any state, even fully cured. Plus, I'd like to spread the word that, according to my research, "acrylic burns to completion, even after the heat source is removed". To me, this means if you catch a nail on fire, it won't stop burning until the acrylic is all completely burned.🤔 I love my acrylics, but I don't want to see anyone get major burns/hand damage over a fingernail. Be safe, loved ones 😍💕💅r
