NSAID inhibit prostaglandins E1 E2 which are bronchodilator,so Inhibition will lead to bronchoconstriction.

Sir can we give paracetamol IM or IV in case of high grade fever beacuse some doctor say we didnt give paracetamol at high fever IM or IV

Firstly, it should be cleared that what is a high fever? In my opinion, at a fever not more than 101F, you may give paracetamol either IV or IM, provided the fact that 1. the patient must not be allergic to NSAIDs especially Paracetamol. 2. Patient must not be having any liver disease or active kidney disease.
