"Your appendix lies on top of the obturator muscles." Does it though? The obturator muscles are several inches lower on the body than the appendix itself. Kind of gives the impression that they are sitting on top of one another.

You have to remember that for it to be positive it needs to be inflamed. So it becomes large enough to lay on top of the muscles, furthermore this test is on pelvic appendicitis.

My lower right side hurts for weeks at a time then goes away for a week or two then comes back in a vicious cycle. Hurts when I sit in certain angles. Also hurts when I eat. I’m only 22 but feels like I could die from this if it doesn’t resolve

@@ktbdw2403 Yes it was my medication Adderall apparently inflaming my liver causing pressure and pain. I’ve switched the medication and it has resolved but I’m worried I have a weak liver.
