I just wish there was a way to have an ultrasound at home :( I suffer from severe agoraphobia and can't even leave my house so it's a nightmare for me to figure out if something is wrong :(

Sorry To hear about your agoraphobia. Have you ever been tested for Lyme Disease? Also, do you know for sure that when you die you will go to heaven? A lot of people have a fear of death because they are uncertain about where they will spend eternity. This can lead to all types of other fears. If you are not 100% certain that heaven is your eternal home please be honest and I can actuallyWith you how you can know for sure. This alone delivered me from many fears and gave me assurance that I wouldn’t trade for all the world.

Thought I had gallbladder pain. Zero stool issues or anything like that. Doctor did this, it was uncomfortable but zero "pain" I pointed where it hurt (higher in my pectoral area of the ribs). Doctor said sir that is NOT where your gallbladder is. Nearly had a fully torn pectoral muscle. I'm an idiot and this is why I'm not a doctor. No clue how I didn't know but definitely knew something was wrong

Yup I just don’t know about tela health care Can it help not being seen but threw computer? I’m not sure how doc can treat you threw computer I guess waiting long time for appointment. It’s just the wait is worrying me. No walk-in clinic can not treat this. Anyone else know about if tela health is good or not? Thanks

I ran into your video because I was googling urq contraction type pain, it's like a squeezing and then release over and over. I have it for days and then it will go away for two days or even a few months. I did this test and I when I took the breath in a felt a lump pop into my hand, but I had no pain when it happened or when i press on the area. It freaked me out though.

Hi Dr. The endoscopy I have indicates that I have gastritis and sometimes I have pain in the middle upper of the stomach area. The doc also says I have some small stones in the gall bladder from the ultrasound. I've done your test after having another gastritis pain episode. There are no pain on the glass bladder. Does it means that my upper middle stomach pain was caused by gastritis? Thanks.

Don't you also need to palpate the left upper quadrant in the same way to be sure it isn't due to other causes?

Excellent question. A thorough history and physical should be performed in a patient with suspected gallbladder disease. Murphy's sign is specific for the RUQ; however, the left upper quadrant should ALSO be palpated like you said to help rule out other possible causes of abdominal pain. This falls under the realm of a complete physical - but murphy's exam is a specific test for the RUQ, or one of the tools that you could use to complete a comprehensive physical exam.
