Not very user friendly for healthcare professionals with breaks at head end and only one remote control

Hi Pigna, the brake is operated at the foot end of the bed. The steer is located at the head end and only ever needs lifting for lateral moevement of the bed. We also have the option of an additional caregiver handset to accompany the patient handset. If you have any other questions, please feel free to get in touch.

Agree, total rubbish. People who designed that have no clue what it should be. Break and control should be by every wheel. Please medstrom don't reply for that. Every person who works in the hospital will tell you the same thing.

how to unlock if locked? other controls not working

Hi Kyla. The controls can be locked out electronically via the caregiver handset. These lock out the bed's functionality across all handsets. Alternatively, the patient handset can be locked out manually.
