I have Toro powercurve and Hecht snow blowers and Toro is very popular and powerful but I like the metal screw and rubber lips on Hecht more. I also checked out the Julas version and it looks very well made for 120€. These type of blowers are best when snow is light and theres lots of snow. With any other type it is faster to shovel it or the snow might be too wet for the machine. Wet snow kills the belt drive system I know it because I have done it.

Takk for film, review og tips! :-) Da tar jeg turen til min lokale Jula-forhandler og kjøper en i morgen. De har den nå på tilbud til kun 1399 norske kroner. Det vil jeg si er svært rimelig. :-)

Thank you :) Please subscribe to my channel for more info! Yes! But take note, that the more snow it chews, you have to push harder and harder on the handle! I weigh 200 lbs/91kg, and manage to do it without problem, unless the snow is wet... that is the weakness of this machine;thick wet snow! :(

@@walp86 Thx for the info! I'm at 96 kg and 183 cm. So I think I can handle it. :-) I'm aware of the limits of the machine. But after all, what can one expect from a NOK 1399 item? :-)

Nice test. It seems to work exellent. How long cable does it have?

Yes, it is a nice bang for the buck! 25 meters, (82 feet)

Looks totally useless, would have been done in half time with a regular shovel. Den ser totalt värdelös ut, skulle ha blivit klar på halva tiden med en vanlig snöskyffel.

Yes, it is kind of a toy. But it is for its price, actually useful in light, but plenty of snow. Also, 2 feet is more than most (older) people can handle manually, if the driveway is big enough... I have a gasoline powered snow thrower now, which takes care of 2ft of snow like a breeze! :)

@@andreaslamotte8445 If you are a competive snow shoveler, you might beat it, but not twice as fast as me with the toy, in 1-2ft of snow, there is no way. That is for sure. ;)
