Hey Meech and Monica! We keep Christmas dinner simple, lasagna, salad, another vegetable, yeast rolls and a dessert. This year my husband and son helped me because I have been running to the hospital to see my Dad for the last couple of weeks. I enjoyed cooking with them and told them this will be our new tradition. I am happy that you are doing better, Monica.
