But if obito can access kaguya's dimensions which can only be accessed with only her rinne sharingan with only his MS then why can't Boruto access Dai kokuten when his Jougan literally has the ability to see through dimensions and dimensional barriers...I bet he could find the doorway to isshiki's dimension through Jougan.....

The ms you maybe could argue was part of the original plot, the basic one without izanagi/nami etc. Difference being, one was functional inside the world and one broke it. It’s not a story that’s progressed, it’s a story that got changed to be extended. I loved and still love naruto, but to try and claim half the bs in shippuden and everything since didn’t break the whole world would be a lie

I think that Boruto is the only one with a Joagan eye, as Hinata might have carried her byakyugan eye to him. But, when Momoshiki implemented his karma into him, maybe Momoshiki’s visual prowess merged with Hinata’s byakyugan genes. Because the Joagan eyes has three powers that Momoshiki and Hinata have, which was the rinnegan( dimensional transportation), sharingan ( reading movements, and byakyugan ( seeing chakra points and weaknesses). Some people would argue that it might just be the tenseigan , but the tenseigan isn’t capable of dimensional travel.

I saw another comment it and I’m starting to believe that if properly used the Jougan kinda makes your desires reality. He explains that when Boruto wanted to see chakra pathways the eye worked for him. When he wanted Mitsuki and Sumire to stop fighting his eye reacted. When he was wanting to go to another dimension his eye reacted then too.

My theory is that because of his ties to the hokage that was able to use wood release (can't think of his name currently), as well uzamaki, and the hyuga Byakugan. I would say this combination brings his genes closer to the osotsuki. Imagine the child if he and Sakura's daughter got married.

I have a theory that his Jougan gives him similar ability to the byakugan but it is far more advanced. As mentioned in the clip, his Jougan is able to perceive and sense in different dimensions. There should be no presence he cannot sense since that eye is most likely a dojutsu of Otsutsuki. He will most likely also be able to summon or move presences between dimensions. He did something similar with the unique summoning that was destroying the village. In short, Borutos Dojutsu might make him reminiscent of Kaguya. Just my opinion

Well the byakugan is stronger depending on the user that's why otsutsukis could see the future with their byakugan and boruto has basically the same power with the jougan so I feel like it's safe to say that its like a byakugan on otsutsuki level

He can already travel dimensions with the Karma. The Jougan so far seems like a weaker byakugan but with talk no jutsu power of love sight. It's hard to make the Jougan powerful without just making it a copy of already existing Dojutsu. Kawaki’s eye already seems way better and more unique. I would make the Jougan function like observation Haki in one piece where you can see the future. The Sharingan already sort of does that but not as well. Imagine Boruto being able to see like Katakuri.

Fillers are story arcs that are used to bridge between canon arcs, they aren’t as important so they r kinda not canon, unless they tie in to the main plot. And anime only’s are story arcs or specific things that aren’t in the manga, but are canon regardless. Like how in the Dragon Ball Super anime, Vegeta turned SSJB Evolved and UI Goku beat Kefla. But in the manga, Vegeta never turned Evolved and GOHAN beat Kefla. They r both canon, just slightly different continuities. Do u get it?
