Yeah. It does lower the attack speed, I applied haste 255 (maximum level) with infinite seconds and 1v1ed my friend, so I did know that already.

I watch Dev and Kier do these too and just get so annoyed at their reactions... just constant "WHAT" "HOW DID YOU DO THAT" "NO WAY" When there's a twist EVERY single video there is no reason to react like that. I like the content but the audio is just fucking cringy. This one wasn't really enjoyable tho... gets down to 2 hearts and hunter somehow doesn't hit him once and dies despite having armor and full health.... I can only imagine how many deaths are in between some of these cuts.
