how to make a proper apology: 1) say you are sorry 2) list all the things you did and dont let the victim do that, take ownership of your acts without making excuses. "i did this and this and this.." 3) validate their feelings and let them know that they are right for feeling that way about you. 4) say that you have changed and why 5) if you are apologizing for something at this scale offer to help with what you can. I’ll be talking about some trauma that literally gave me diagnosed PTSD, and I’ll just be awkwardly giggling the whole time. I guess it’s because I hate being vulnerable, and so laughing is a way to emotionally remove myself from the situation, and to cope with the awkward tension I’m feeling. BUT, (even though this is a skit) I don’t think that’s the case here. for all those who got bullied, its important to move on and learn your lesson to be more firm and let karma handle the bullies. for now it may seem like the bullies are happy, but they will definitely get a taste of their own medicine afterwards at some point in life ...till then lets move on and not look back. i know its difficult but we musnt be miserable for an action caused by a heartless and physcotic person even though it is challenging but karma will slap them harder than they could imagine, thats how things work . i hope everyone is healed.

Agreed. I was bullied and taken advantage of growing up but learning from it and moving on is so important. Seek therapy if it affects your mental health. Some bullies were either abused by their parents or just simply cruel spoiled kids. Either way, whether they change or not don’t wait for them to change. Improve yourself, do what you love and surround yourself with positive ppl if u find any. Peace.

I’ve been bullied multiple times during my short life and I can only imagine what the victim who this was based off of felt. It hasn’t been long since the last time I’ve been bullied and didn’t have a clue how long it might last.. I haven’t been bullied physically, instead verbally and (indirectly) cyber bullied, but I can imagine the words hurt mentally somewhat close to how I could’ve been hurt physically. But being bullied physically must mean being verbally bullied too. It’s sad how many people, including me and this victim get trust issues. I find it extremely hard to trust absolutely anyone, including my family now that my closest friends started bullying me. My bullies, though different people and have no relation with each other at all, said things the other said and that made me believe some of those things. It’s really hard staying positive and not wanting to leave the world when all that’s happening, and I’m proud of everyone who has still stayed and tried to live on. The victim was brave showing up and being able to hold a short conversation without breaking down like she did. It will definitely be hard for me to stay focused and not break the moment I see my bully and have them say all those things. I hope this victim is doing better and getting some help and treatment.
