This is next level art... thank you for preserving and evolving the spirit of First Nations people

This preserves nothing... "beading boom boxes and run DmC" This is literally how cultures disappear. HAHHAHAHAH "others can't wear our ceremonial items in disrespectful ways, but we can" All their doing is cashing in on their culture - no different than a white person would be crucified for.

I love when people actually embrace their culture. To make a place for it in the modern world. Japan does it too somehow. For Example by casually wearing yukatas or mix traditional and modern music. Unfortunately, we don't do that in Germany. In a globalized world it is very important to keep the world colorful and diverse.

I totally agree, here in the UK a lot of people only have "modern" (western) culture, traditional "english" culture is pretty much dead, and the native languages are struggling and dying out.

What about the group "Faun" who portray the Celtic culture in the German music scene with more traditional Celtic instruments. Germans, should look harder at their own culture because they have it but it is hidden away, unfortunately.

This isn't embracing their culture. It's appropriating their culture into the western culture... but - that's fine.

This is VERY COOL! I've always wondered how the indigenous people felt when about white hipsters prancing around at music festivals wearing native head gear and other gear. It's disrespectful as hell. This is so beautiful.
