​@@eancola6111 have you ever been stuck behind farm equipment? They can legally be on the road, under certain conditions. But they can't go very fast at all, and sometimes they can't even pull off the road. I've been behind a few, but I live in a part of Florida where they usually can pull over enough to let us pass. This had to have been partially staged, maybe they know each other, maybe not. Either way, he got a ticket for littering. You can get the same ticket even if you mow your lawn and blow the grass clippings out onto the road. It creates a hazard for motorcycles. That's the only reason for the ticket. Hazardous road conditions that endanger motorcyclists lives. If your in a small town, normally the cops don't even have to investigate something like this, there must not be very many farmers in the area to have caused this mess.
