idk why but i always assumed athletes were just athletes and though they go on to do better things like charities/inspirational speakers... i've always held athletes on a pedestal, but after watching this series a little bit it feels like if I put my mind to it, I can also do anything

Well most US athletes are not rich in fact many have to have part or full time jobs because the government dosent pay them

A couple of notes....he is not Major Fogt, and is now a silver medalist from Sochi, as the Russian team that had originally taken the gold tested positive for doping and had their medals stripped, thus moving Fogt's team up a slot. They were only .3 behind the Latvians...had they placed ahead of Latvia, he'd be a gold medalist. He did not compete in Pyeongchang. Not bad at all.
