The dog looks ill. Maybe it needs some raw chicken, even better a bit of raw liver. Dogs need raw meat bc cooking kills the vital nutrients totally. Raw organ meat is what the Alpha wolf eats first! Dogs need the same. Could be the poor little thing just needs a rest and to just be a dog for awhile.

An excellent diet but also good genetics. Look at the dog. Does that look like a healthy robust animal to you? Generally, the show lines of breeds tend to be much less healthy, and there are some breeds that are so unhealthy that it really doesn't matter such as bull dog breeds are notorious for having tremendous health problems and its entirely created by lack of genetic diversity and excessive inbreeding
