Where do you find those enameled laminated aluminum panels? I did a search and am coming up blank?

Those “ panels “ would be ordinary sheet metal,copper,aluminium,galvanised iron, in various thicknesses available from shops that sell sheet metal. You can gesso them or paint straight on the surface as they don’t absorb oil.
