I'm absolutely loving this interview because it's all about empowerment. I've had enough of fear-based talk and people telling me how scary and uncertain the world is, how I need to take precautions, blah, blah, blah. Why do I need precautions when I create my own reality? The universe takes care of you if you allow it to. We just need to let go of the notion that we are tiny, powerless beings who are at the mercy of some unknown, cruel entity.

I've also been tempted to put aside the entirety of my human existence, but then I get the message, "Why did you bother incarnating then?" We need to have fun with our human existence, not take it too seriously and experience it without completely identifying with it. Life is like watching a movie: it's OK to let the movie arouse emotions in you, but it doesn't mean you have to forever hold on to those emotions and let them define you.

She had many health problems but I never knew that she would pass in my arms at home . This gives me hope that when we Ascend maybe just maybe I will see her again . Dear C S, I feel very sad hearing about the loss of your beautiful daughter. My heart goes out to you. I find Yogananda's writing about death to be very soothing. He says that if you send to the soul of your loved one your vibrations of love, strength and courage, that soul definitely receives your vibrations. Such thoughts give your loved on a sense of well-being, a sense of being loved. They do not forget you any more than you could forget them. Sending you love and prayers.

I’m sorry you lost your daughter. I just felt moved to write to you because I lost my husband 10 months ago and he had been ill for four years with Lewy body dementia, which is a combination of Alzheimer’s, paranoid schizophrenia, and Parkinson’s. He got it from agent orange in Vietnam. Anyway, it came on very suddenly and it was very traumatic for me because he became violent and he was previously the most gentle person I have ever known . what I wanted to tell you is that in the six month period before he became suddenly ill, I was blessed to have many, I don’t know what to call them, but I’ll just say experiences, where I got to see and speak with some of my relatives, including my mom, who had already passed over end it convinced me, even though I already believed in the soul and reincarnation, etc. that we absolutely do go on and we do get to be with our loved ones again. I believe I was given these experiences in order that I could be strong enough to watch my husband go through living hell knowing that he was going to die from his disease and before those experiences I was very afraid of death and now I’m not. The last three times I saw my mom she was in a very peaceful state and I don’t know that I would call it heaven exactly, but she was very content and when I was with her there was a feeling of being one with her and everything, yet also separate at the same time and it felt wonderful. I could never have imagined anything like it, so I know that I really went somewhere. I don’t believe our loved ones are actually somewhere else, I think they’re just vibrating at a different rate and we can’t see them or experience them right now, but they’re here. Your daughter may have to go through a process of waking up, but she will know that you love her and she will be able to contact you if you’re open to it. She will feel your love in any case and I know you will see her again. I’m absolutely positive of this or I wouldn’t write to you. Be gentle with yourself because grief can be extremely exhausting and it lasts a long time and don’t let anyone tell you how to grieve or to get over it or anything like that because we never get over it, but we do get to a place (I’ve been told) where we can accept it. You might look for a grief group. I found one that meets on zoom called griefshare.org, and even though it’s more fundamentally religious than I am, the women are very nice and it’s helpful to me. Everyone’s different also. So grieve in your own way, but just know that your daughter is OK and you will see her again. Take care of yourself. 💕💕

Oh, you will, absolutely. No health problems. When and where, maybe isn’t the issue here; just the fact that you absolutely will. If not in the 5th, then certainly when you pass over. It is of little comfort, when you are grieving such a profound loss. Writing this a year later, I pray you have found a way, to move through life, without her, down here, for now. She is with you, of course, but we grieve the loss of the tangible aspects of our loved ones, so much. You have a purpose here, yet unfulfilled. Just be patient, and have faith that she will continue to guide you through this. Lots of ups and downs, mostly downs, I know. It gets better. I promise.

EA talks about dealing with fear in the same way hypnotherapists deal with fear, pain, and trauma; to first amplify the “negative” feeling/ scenario, then work on either neutralize the feeing/ scenario, or turning it around to show the, positive empowerment that was always available to the person before, during, and after their event. Great technique; it really works!

Love this! I had a QHHT session last week where I was shown that there was this mesh around the planet that made us do our supposed karma over and over again even after it’s balanced. This creates suffering and loosh. However it’s GONE now and we don’t have to keep doing the same thing after we’ve already balanced it. That was a major question for my life since I’ve had this feeling of doing trauma over and over again for no reason.

It came to me that the corollary of entanglement is not (as Elizabeth discovered) withdrawal…it’s actually engagement. Not engagement from ego, but from the path of highest intention. In 2019 I had a dream/ nightmare that made it very difficult for me to continue what I was doing, working in a profession that I had spent more than 10 yrs preparing for, and felt very fortunate to have. Even though I've never been drawn to or could join the crowd, that corporate job helped me financially remove myself from an impossible to live in environment. The universe pulled me out of that job, the second time that the universe has helped me out of a job to get to something better.
