Everyone needs to buy/download Dragon Quest 11 S on Switch at launch, also play the demo so you can transfer your progress over to the full game, and the Champions Pack is available on the eShop for free. Don’t miss out on the game that was the first official game that was announced for the Switch (Originally the NX) back in 2015. It has tons of content included in it. -Being able to play the game in HD-2D 16bit SNES style -Orchestrated soundtrack -Japanese and English audio -Travel to past Dragon Quest worlds (DQ1 through DQ10) and are all reimagined in HD-2D with extra added content in them. -New original content added -Other quality of life improvements, adjustments, and features. -Able to pet dogs! Nintendo treats Dragon Quest like its their own game/series. Every mainline DQ game has released on a Nintendo console, Plus, when the game released last year, it got completely overlooked and overshadowed by Spider-Man and did not do good. On Nintendo Switch, it's getting way better marketing, A LOT of exclusive content, and it's going to do better on Switch. Especially with the Luminary in Smash Ultimate. Nintendo and Square just need to market/advertise Dragon Quest 11 S Definitive Edition through TV commercials on many major networks and tons of KZbin ads.

You’re not wrong. Dragon Quest 11 got totally screwed over by Spider Man. I bought both same day, and I have to say, I haven’t had the urge to play any Spider Man since I platinumed it last year. But after sinking in over 77 hours and finishing DQ11 on PS4 earlier this month, I’m ready for a second go around.
