It's beautiful christmassy and the flying Santa is unique highlight. You have filmed it very nicely. This video could be easily used as a promo for Swiss Tourism. Hi Dina. Thank you very much! Yes, the journey was too long to travel there by car forth and back :) It was really comfortable and relaxing. I can really recommend you to come here during this season. It's really magical, especially after sunset. I am glad as well to have Christmas markets being open. Hi Trevor. Thank you! Maybe around Les Diablerets? Easy hike with small kids would be at Rivaz or Epesses within the vineyards (car-free and not steep)! But visit the vineyards during Summer or Autumn.

@@DjemoGraphic ok thank you 🙏🏻 I I will look into that. We are there the last week of November for Montreux Noel, we decided to go after seeing it on your channel! Shoulder season is challenging. So far we are planned Geneva for 2 days, then Montreux for 3. We will devote a day to take a train through the Golden Pass to Lucerne and back, and maybe do something in Lucerne. We still have one day to fill in Montreux so if there is anything else good for November we are interested. We would like to do something less touristy and learn more about Swiss culture. We’re very excited if you think of anything else, Thanks for your Reply Djemo!

Hiii. I like your question. It is different because its by the lake promenade and of course the hourly spectacle with the flying Santa is very unique. Also the extra dining halls are something you wont easily find at any market. The rest is else pretty much the same with the other Christmas markets in Switzerland😊

@@DjemoGraphic i visit Switzerland every year since I was a child, a specially Wallis is my favorite ‘kanton’. This year is a special year because I will visit my favorite camping for the 50th year in a row..... The Netherlands is also very beautiful but nearly flat. With the wide open views and nice villages, absolutely worth a visit. If you visit the Netherlands I will give you some tips to visit. Keep the video’s from Switzerland coming, I love them!!!!

The number of stalls in Geneva is not as much as in Montreux, perhaps only half as much, but Geneva Stalls are more on International, different countries participated. We all know where is the seat of United Nations located, so that is why. If you come to a place near Geneva, then better to have a peak on their Christmas Night Market too. Christmas Light Decors were beautiful too.

Hi Daniel. Yes! In fact Christmas Market is correct, it is about what it is, since Christmas Season starts on the last Sunday in November :) Winter officially only starts on December 21st, and Holidays on 24th, so these terms "Winter Market" and "Holiday Market" would be anyway wrong hehehehe 😜
