--- Public Service Announcement --- People have memory of a goldfish. 1) India decriminalize homosexuality under BJP. Not under 70 years of congress. Congress cant do that because they have m@slim vote bank too. 2) India will get same sex marriage in the law under BJP. It is a supreme court issue. Marriage is just not about 2 people. It is about inheritance, who get to keep the kids after divorce and how will this law work with different marriage boards. Or bring one law for everyone regardless of religion they belong to.

@@nerf2752 Dear Jellyfish, homosexuality was decriminalised by the Supreme court of India. So, indirectly, the constitution of India made it happen. 1) BJP can't do that either, because they have a "Sanskari" vote bank too and they only have been getting more and more Sanskari over the decade. 2) India will not get same sex marriage at least for next two decades as the Muslims, Sanskari Hindus and even the Christians will not vote for anyone who tries the topic seriously.
