P.S. Here are some Pro Tips on using the dash cam：
1. The dash cam GD200 supports 32-128GB MicroSD cards. Please remember to format the memory card to FAT32 on the camera and on your computer before first use ( A 32GB MicroSD card is included in the box).
2. For the convenience of our customers, we have set the optimal settings to the default settings, so in theory, we do not recommend that you change any settings. You only need to set the time & date and license plate number after installing the camera to start using it.
3. Do not activate parking guard or motion detection while driving as they are there for parking monitoring. (Turning on these two features while driving may cause the camera to automatically turn off and on because the car itself is moving.)
4.The dashcam needs to be powered with our original car charger all the time while working. (A Micro-port hardwire kit is needed for long-time parking monitoring)
5.Indicator Light Meaning:
Charging = The red light is always on;
Recording = The red light will flash;
6.To avoid disturbing you while driving, the dash cam will turn black after 1m while it still keeps recording(default setting). It will turn black after 1m while it still keeps recording. The indicator red light flashing means recording. If you want to see the screen all the time, you just need to turn off "screensaver function”.
7.All of our inventory is centrally stored and distributed by Amazon fulfillment centers and all of our products are completely new. If you find that the product you received has obviously been used, please message us immediately and we will immediately coordinate with Amazon for a replacement.

I just got the dash cam, and it is all good, except i am unable to see the files recorded. I took out the memory card and inserted it into my phone and laptop, but thete are no files. I formatted and tried again. Still, there is nothing. I tried a different memory card and still have the same problem. I am going to try to figure out the problem. If this problem persists, i will have to start the returning process. I was just wondering if i am able to watch clips on the devise.

Is this dash cam able to withstand very hot car temperatures? In summer, it can be over 100 degrees F (over 38C) and that means it is much hotter than that inside the car.
