Car accident? not a fault.... lol, this POS cam will embarrass yr claims... it does not record and cannot prove anything...due to its complex "loop" system.... stay away from device :( Be prepared to spend hours learning how to operate this device will the confusing modes..... hope someone sues this company!

I just got the dash cam, and it is all good, except i am unable to see the files recorded. I took out the memory card and inserted it into my phone and laptop, but thete are no files. I formatted and tried again. Still, there is nothing. I tried a different memory card and still have the same problem. I am going to try to figure out the problem. If this problem persists, i will have to start the returning process. I was just wondering if i am able to watch clips on the devise.

This dash cam records in audio as well and is a great bargain. I use it when I'm on the road recording for my You Tube Channel, the microphone it is really good . A great buy. And Thank You for your video, it was Super helpful.

Yes, this camera is built-in battery, the battery capacity is small, just like all dash cams on the market do the same. As a dash cam, it is used with power supply all the time during driving. Large battery will cause the security affairs like battery explosion. And here if convenient, we also would like to talk about the parking guard function of this dash cam. This dash cam has two parking modes: 1)Internal Battery Parking Mode (No additional accessories needed, parking guard function just needs to be turned on) During parking, the camera will automatically turn on, record locked videos when it detects collisions or vibrations and save the videos as evidence. This parking mode works from the camera's internal battery. The camera's internal battery is designed to last about 5 minutes when fully charged. As for a dash cam, a large battery is not safe for use in hot weather. 2)24-Hour Parking Mode (A USB hardwire kit required) With the hardwire kit, the dash cam will automatically turn on to record locked videos and save them as evidence when it detects any collisions or vibrations. The hardwire kit can ensure the dash cam to achieve long-term parking monitoring, not only 5 minutes. P.S. Encuentro la cámara muy complicada para iniciar. No puedo hacer que se conecte rápido a grabar, me lleva a otro menú. Me arrepiento de comprarla. Porque ahora vi una mejor que es tocando la pantalla y listo esta es de botones 😢😢😢

I bought one from amazon, it keeps on complaining sd card not formatted if a card is formted on windows; so I have to format using the device; but when I format with the device, it does not record when press the ok button; and when connecting to storage mode, windows thinks the sd card is not formatted. firmware version is 1.00, any suggestions?

i bought this cam, and its not working, it does not react to any charger except via usb on PC , cant use it in car as the battery is always low and never connects to car via usb c as it was supposed to. on emails to support no reply
