i actually did that frequently before competitions, also during warm-ups hours into minutes before matches. that way when i took off my mask i felt liberated - the surge of power due to sudden increase in oxygen circulating in my blood helped me so much. but these guys had to wear masks since covid n stuff and imagine such harsh limitations implemented DAILY. not that i can do the same thing now that i'm practically out of shape after years of absence in any kind of physically intense training... works, you know what i mean?
