The narrator did exactly what a narrator should do. He covered the information clearly and in a way that did not draw attention to himself. Unfortunately, the narration business is rapidly being antiquated by artificial intelligence narrators, who are improving at an amazing rate, and are capable of impersonating any, and all, other narrators.

I am a US citizen and I agree. It has to do with US overstepping its boundaries because all US politicians (not Trump) are remnants of the Cold war mentality sort of like the Old Bolsheviks were to Russia but worse. They force the dollar in other nations while exploiting the lives of unknowing people who are ignorant to the fact they are being used and abused by US globalists and Trotskyites. I stand with Russia. God bless Putin.
