Omg..this video is so " special " and an eye opener. We just order food from restaurant and enjoy it and forget without even thinking about the person (chef) who has cooked it. A lot of efforts and expertise goes into it to cook almost perfect dishes with right flavours everytime. It's like " every chef has his/her story"..we need more episodes of this kind where chefs share their journey and struggles...

Happy Teacher's day Chef! You have been my mentor when I was just 11😄. I used to watch MasterChef and always got fascinated by watching your love towards food. Now I am 16 and my dream is to become a chef and represent our Indian cuisine all over the World 🌎🌍. I was 3 when I made my first chai which was just by mixing tea leaves in water and whisking it till it turns brown and adding some sugar and drinking it😄😆 But now after so many years I am able to cook a ton of dishes with the help of your videos. Last year I was Fully confused about what to do in life but after watching your videos in Gurunanak IHM I explored myself and recognised my love for food and today I can proudly say I want to become a chef.
