Amit V Masurkar is an Indian film director and screenplay writer. Born and raised in Mumbai, He went to Manipal University to pursue engineering but dropped out due to his love for cinema.
He pursued film making and screen writing and began his career with an independent film, “Sulemani Keeda”. Today he’s known and appreciated for his recent work in films like “Newton” and “Sherni”.

Vaise to Guftagu ke lagabhag sabhi episodes acche hote hain, par Amit Masurkar ke saath ye baat-cheet khaas taur par apni freshness aur nayi soch se rubaru karaane ke liye yaadgaar rahegi. Bahut shukriya.

Masurkar wears his talents pretty lightly.like always Irfan is vintage and eases himself into full view but remains invisible .Furthermore in this complex visual Amit remains the central and dominant face and voice.Amit remains effortless in communicating his life,style and sweat and remains deceptively casual throughout. You finish watching wanting to know more.At least wait to hear Masurkar once again with Irfan. Thank you both.
