You are so right about breastfeeding. My daughter never latched so I pumped for 6 months for her to drink it out of a bottle. Then my son was breastfed for 3 years. You did amazing, breastfed, did tummy time, changed plenty of Monaco diapers, you were so scared before to do all the little things. Choked up tears over this video. Knowing Jeannie's journey which she opened up to us about not wanting kids, then she got her new man who showed her so much love and together they created this bundle together. I really respect Jeannie’s growth. She has dealt with her ex-husband cheating, the divorce and the way her mom handle her being sexually assaulted. As someone who doesn't want to have kids of my own, this journey is quite inspiring to witness. I have my reasons for not desiring to bring children into the world, but I think it's so beautiful that Jeannie found peace & joy in this change of mind/heart. We are ever changing beings & I know that even lil ole me could one day feel differently. I'm very much at peace with likely not changing my mind as well lol so overall, as long as it's my autonomous decision, it will always be a win ♡

@@r.r911 I know a bunch of 60+ women who never had children because they didn't want them. I predict there will be plenty more from my generation in that same boat. Also I'd like to point out that I only said I don't want children of my own. I don't see the point in bringing children into the world when there are so many already here that need a parent. I've always felt called to adopt. So yes, I will have at least 2 children someday via the system. Very excited for that part of my future 🙏🏽

This made me cry with happiness. Jeannie, having had the privilege of watching you and cheering for you for 4-ish years have been so inspiring. You have always been beautiful, wonderful and clearly at peace with what you had chosen for yourself back in the day, and yet you allowed yourself to open up to new adventures when the timing was right for you. Having had gotten to bear witness to your journey has given me so much motivation and hope: the future may have so many beautiful things in store for us that we really couldn’t have seen coming. Thank you for sharing your life, and for choosing to introduce your beautiful, so very precious baby girl today. She is truly the most adorable little thing! Also, thank you for allowing us a glimpse into your mommy instincts to fiercly protect her. Anxiety is no fun, but you have handled it so gracefully. You have had every right to chose to keep her to yourself for as long as you have needed, and we are just even more grateful to get to meet her now. She was certainly worth the extra wait .
