Well trained and very obedient doesn't mean the dog is going to be well behaved. This video clearly shows that fact. We don't need to keep killing dogs because we don't understand the dogs issues.

Millans message goes much deeper than that. It's mutual trust and respect that truly builds confidence but it has to be given to be gotten. It's earned, not trained.

I respect people like Herve. He doesn't fear dogs. Cesar Millan doesn't fear dogs. I don't fear dogs. This is one dog in a muzzle, how many dogs don't wear muzzles? Man fears that which he does not understand - if he can't control it - he destroys it. Welcome to dog training 101. Trainers are all scared of dogs.

I’m just sayin.. since he’s letting the dog essentially “bite” him (as that’s obviously what would be happening if the muzzle wasn’t on) , I just wondered if he had that second layer of protection in case the muzzle slipped off. Both my dogs can slip out if their muzzles. I only put them on for things like grooming appointments (though I mostly groom them myself usually) or the vet. But they’ve been able to slip out of them before…I have the Baskerville muzzles so they can still eat and drink and breathe through them properly but they way they fasten doesn’t seem to be that secure .

@@alisha_madariaga No, he's just showing what the dog is like when the owner is around. He doesn't have any other gear on. I don't wear any protective gear either.

What’s the background of the dog? Was it trained to bite before?

This is the typical outcome for alot of these dogs. Not enough proper exercise and no relationship. This is the result. Herve is gaining the dogs trust. Herve has no fear of dogs, neither do I. Alot of trainers do.
