There are still much references to see, Rogueforts file name is ‘cookie0142’ which is VERY simillar to KAITOU 1412 or Kaitou KID (thanks Yusaku Kudo,,,) Second of all, walnut is a small detective, remember conan-kun? Exactly. Now if we see much further, walnut is a girl. Almond which is her father, which could ALSO be a reference to Kogoro Mouri, and if so walnut is literally Ran Mouri but actually being a detective. I was bored so I dumped some game theories.
