Ok. Just recieved a roku express 4k plus/ model 3941X2. My roku 3 ( from 2017) refused to let youtube work, it was freezing up even though its still getting updates. The new box was an easy set up. Checked a couple of saved channels..all ok, youtube works good now. Problem: will not accept a prompt from my samsung android to screen mirror my phone. Chatted with roku support, no help. They say "we will find a solution" i can wait a few days. But be warned, if you like using samsung smart view to cast a picture thru the express 4k plus😮
