Thank you for the walk around of Oldtown Sherpie. Looks to be another contender of my search for a fishyak. The setup would be a great platform with battery lasting long for me.

The autopilot has been out for a while now and I am hoping Old Town will come out with a major update to correct all the common major issues with it that other reviewers have reported. I just hope they don't decide to make it wider as that seems to be the trend now in the industry as some kayaks are more boat like than kayak now.

@@mr.wannabe2786 yeah, the line between the kayak and big boat world seems to be getting thinner everyday, in size and price…. What are some of the issues you’ve noticed others reporting with the 136?

Dang. 11th commandment: Thou shalt NOT covet someone else's kayak. Sigh. Mine is 10 years old and I've done all the electrical to take it from paddle to trolling motor, nav lights, well lights, fishfinder, etc. But 5k. Sigh. My kayak is all lime green. I like the bright colors more for hi-vis on the water because of the number of bass boats whizzing past me on the potomac river.

@@flyslinger2 yeah the price is stout for sure. I bet your ride is pretty sweet! I like doing the DIY stuff sometimes too. Got. A video on here of a cooler I turned into a livewell so I could fish a traditional tournament against bass boats from my kayak 😅 good times
