Hi there... I enjoyed the video and interesting we have some things in common My wife and I are considering a move Charlotte, Raleigh, SC area and Virginia, are of interest. Do you have a suggestion in regards to areas to avoid traffic if possible and not interested in hearing or being around any speedtrack/racetrack noise in the Charlotte/Concord area Thanks in advance! PS we lived in NY and presently live in CA and I have worked in the tennis field working with kids and adults. Noticed some job openings that may be of interest in Concord. Thanks again.

Hello The Gefster, Thank you for watching. Great questions. Traffic here in Charlotte isnt that bad, except during rush hour. To avoid traffic as much as possible I would try to live near your work or to live near a highway exit. There are several excellent community in North Charlotte/Concord area that will allow you to avoid traffic, if you worked nearby. And no one wants to deal with the racetrack noise, so we can find solutions and areas to avoid that. feel free to reach out. call/text 704-775-1236
