I also wasn't interested, hid and shut the door many times. And now I get to welcome people into the door of the temple on Saturdays. Stay diligent Sister Miller!

This story reminds me of myself a lot. I started in the Pentecostal movement. Followed by a Mormonism class. Ends up I pray to our eternal father in heaven to ask if the Church was true. Then I saw by that prayer the missionaries riding down my street. Best decision I made up to this point in my life, not looking back now. This Church ruins one for all other churches. Which I am glad it does. The truth will be proclaimed. We must invite all mankind to repent, be baptized, receive the Holy Ghost, and become heirs of salvation.

they arent forcing it. i know true joy come not from things like food men/women, or even helicopter rides. it comes from something like the plan if happiness. missionaries do service or labor with their hands helping ppl out
