Janet and Shem, this is an awesome video! Janet, I miss you all the time! To think that I met you (thanks to Isak) in 2018 and we stayed in touch all this time until I spent time with you in May 2024 at Mashatu is a testament to friendship knows no geographic boundaries, no age boundaries and is often based in a shared passion! You and Isak sparked my interest in photography! I'll NEVER forget laughing non-stop at dinner with you (Janet Kleyn) and Janet King!!! Shem, I am so thankful I got to meet you. I'm looking at coming back next year! I love Mashatu, the hide, the guides and Ronald!!! What I love most is getting to know all of you!!! And knowing that you share MY LOVE of and passion for elephants and all the other wildlife and birds.

I'm so pleased we got to do that safari together! It was so much fun. You will have to come back to see the new overnight hide which will open on 01 October - Imagine dusk to dawn in a hide! It's going to be wonderful!

Enjoying your channel and new to it , having grown up in Rhodesia/ Zimbabwe I have always been a bushman .. love the raw nature and how much it has taught me as a human , to appreciate the big animals and small creatures . I have been a wildlife/landscape photographer for a long time now , each moment in the bush is different . I could live in the bush and totally forget about the city life totally . Mana pools and Hwange national parks are my go places when I go back to visit family as I now live in Perth Australia . Mana pools is my all time favourite . Going back for a month in 2 weeks.. can’t wait . But would love to visit your camp in the future . Great guides you have I can see by this episode. Stay well you all !
