Immigration policy is not a State's Rights issue because you can not become just a citizen of Texas or a citizen of Arizona without becoming a citizen of the United States. Thus no state can create its own Immigration Policy, it is the Federal Government which determines who can be a citizen of the United States, this would not be interpretted as expanding Federal Government.

LOL, the meltdown among hardcore Obama supporters is epic! Just because so one doesn't support your point of view, doesn't make them a liar. Thank God in this country we can consider various viewpoints, rather than live in a monolith! I would respect people if they understood all viewpoints and didn't try to delegitimize a person's viewpoint. Simply put, Dems support more government at the federal level and Repubs support less to solve our problems. Both are legit views, but balance is needed.
