A tip for Victor: don't try to block his attacks, just dodge behind him. Dodging through his attacks and behind him is piss easy and once you're there he literally can't do shit, except for one attack that turns him around and if you have a better reaction time than a sea cucumber you will be able to dodge that one.

it just occurred to me: the group dressed as rabbits in the previous episode reminded me of the original fairy tale - the books i own that i told you about. there were black rabbits carrying a coffin that was meant for the Fairy... we got the black coffin-carrying rabbits, Sophia's the Fairy, we got Alidoro the dog as a character, we got the Fox and the Cat... what's next, Laughwick and donkeys, the snake and the giant shark? (also characters in the original fairy tale)

This swamp level reminds me of like everything Nioh 2 doesn't tell you... Like at first you enter a room with no enemies and a free chest surprise! Skeleton Warrior is in the corner and kills you the moment you go for the chest. It happens so much that at some point you start checking the corners of every room your about to enter chest inside or not. But wait there's more!!! Sometimes you check both corners and it seems safe but then Nure-Onna is on the celling and leaps down just to grab and kill you. This also happens a lot so you check the celling's as well enemies can also be above you outside of rooms like hiding in trees or on top of buildings. Oh and don't forget the one-shot boulders or bats that knock you off the map and instant kill you or that God damn artillery fire that hits you like 80 million light years away! Luckily those don't show up nearly as often... Love Nioh 2 really do but damn the games does not tell you jack shit...

I like to imagine a "souls-like" game that just actively trolls you throughout. Just imagine the dumbest, most non souls-like sh*t you can think of. Monty Python levels of dumb but the gameplay is too competent to be in any way considered an actual parody. Like say you manage to cheese your way past one of those rolling ball things and it alters the boss fight by having the ball show up, kill the boss, and then become the boss fight to get revenge. Also it's one of the toughest fights in the whole game.
