Great interview. The notion that hard and "soft" skills are contiguous with good leadership was well developed. She's also actively innovating in the AI space to the benefit of the bank's stakeholders. And yes, AGI is a buzzword, but she actually contributes meaningfully to the topic. Brilliant to hear how world-class innovating benefits their stakeholders.
