EctiBot Nah, no one wants them taken out. People say they do but i know it isn’t true. If demos get taken out then they’ll have to come up with some new excuses for why they lost and are bad at the game. Realistically, the people that moan are just making excuses for the faults in their gameplay. We’ve all made excuses but it’s because we’re tilted/salty. They’re instances where demos are broken but it’s very rare. Most of the time it looks broken due to lag and Psyonix can’t fix that.

Like if cars literally went through each other, we would still have flicks, airdribbles, passes, and every other imaginable thing. Bumping affects nothing but itself, and although I wouldn't advocate to remove bumping, I'd be interested in how pro play would look like without it.

Honestly their explanation on server lag and ghost hits was really good. This video overall really helped me appreciate some of the small things they do that might go unnoticed. This game has given me something to grind for years I’ve never really strived to be the top rank in any other game, but rocket league it’s just different.

True. I'm low gc on pc and I never really grinded to get better at any other game honestly. Like actually going out of my way and learning rotations and mechanics. Usually in games like overwatch, csgo, fortnite etc I never really grinded aim trainers, learning positioning and what not to actually improve my rank and gameplay like RL.

yep hes right, its not easy, but my biggest gripe with the servers has nothing to do with that, its the constant servers going down for maintenance, errors when searching games, server instability, and server crashes. i get this nearly every single time i play, their host provider is really awful. this is probably the worst game ive played when it comes to server reliability.

Been playing for about 5+ years myself. i mean did you watch summit? many of the games had the same issues...at one point lawler had to restart a match twice in a row from server problems, the problem even shows itself in pro tournaments when not purposely hidden. i obviously dont have enough experience with EU servers to have a valid opinion, maybe their EU provider is better. believe me, i even went as far as to write down every time i got an error searching games, server crashes, server ping issues for all players and servers going down for maintenance for a 2 week period, the numbers, were not good.

This is one of the most wholesome developer interviews I've seen. It's easy to be a keyboard warrior and slate the company for what you dislike about the game, the bugs, the cut content, the content you want added but never is. This is a perfect way of expressing the fact that the people behind the company/game are just as passionate (if not more so) than the players, it's just given time/budget/resource constraints it's not always possible to please everyone. I still remember StormSnacks back in 2018 (I think) and he was doing some insane edits, I was amazed by his works. His best work, imo, was the Community Montage that he done, incredible stuff he done. But then I remember his last video on the channel that he said he got hired by Psyonix to do editing, which made me happy and sad at the same time, since he got a good job, but we wouldn’t be able to see his works on the channel, but obviously see it in the Rocket League channels (if you get what I mean). At the end of the day, I’m happy to where he’s gotten so far 🤝.
