Update since Saturday, when we bought this vendors crickets. My Khmer wife with a cast iron stomach said they tasted great, but she was very sick within 30 minutes of eating them and was out until the next morning. Of course, I ragged on her for eating bugs. Maybe a bad batch- who knows in the KoW. Happy Labor Day All.

Do you know the nature of these crickets? I believe they called these crickets coconut cricket in Cambodia. These crickets love dung like the dung beetle. In the countryside in Cambodia where no toilet and if you take a dump and go back the next day, you might see the cricket made a home under your dump. Enjoy your cricket buddy.
