Unfortunately, I think they will not include 9K34 "Strela-3" missiles on this boat, because they were not mounted on it's hull. Unlike some other ships (such as Project 12412, or Project 1331M), which had "Strela" missiles mounted on MTU-4S quad launcher, on Project 11451 corvettes, these missiles were available only in a form of handheld launchers, kept inside crew cabin.

@MB-uq9iw yep that's correct with the reload tubes stored on the bridge superstructure behind the turret. i wouldn't complain if gaijin modelled a crew member walking out on deck with the strela, when you choose it 💀

Also, I'd like to correct the small mistake in the video. None of the boats of this class were intended for export to Ukraine (which didn't even exist as a nation when these ships were commissioned). Reason why only two boats of Project 11451 were built, is because brake up of Soviet Union prevented further work on these (and many other) vessels. Originally, these boats were supposed to operate in groups of 3 - 4 vessels. And so the Soviet Navy commissioned the first batch of four boats at the end of 1980s. Unfortunately only two boats were completed before collapse of the country. The other two were still under construction inside the "More" shipyard, which was now located inside of newly formed nation of Ukraine.

During early 1990s, shipyard had plans to compete these boats in hopes of selling them. These new boats would get new designation "Falcon-500". They would use the original Project 11451 hull, but instead of torpedo tubes, they planned to install anti-ship missile launchers. Also, the original stern-mounted AK-630M was supposed to be replaced by AK-630M-1-2 "Roy" dual 30mm rotary gun. At the time, naval delegations from Kuwait and UAE were interested in these boats, and from 1993 to 1994 negotiations were held, but ultimately nothing would come out of it, so these plans would remain on paper.

Thanks very much for the clarification. I thought that may have been the case. Regarding collapse of USSR and subsequent cancellation/scrapping of many classes. Also explains why ukraine had possession of partially finished hulls. Thanks a bunch!

Ello, Hm, you fought skips water in the last battle. Well, they were in your battle (I sometimes chat to them). Ehh possible slight error at the beginning as stats mention the Project 89 over the Project 11451. Hm the Project 35 really ought to be a 4.7 as the current 4.7's would be closer to 4.3 tbh. Interesting note, this vessel has the first AK-630M in game an has an extra 1000 shells.

In most maps this boat can get two captures so quickly that the enemy team might spend most of the remaining time just trying to stop the ticket bleed it caused Fun for me but can't imagine heavy fleet spawns or even destroyers enjoy watching their team lose tickets only bc they're slower Only another 11451 can reliably stop me from getting that second capture so it's simply gone from the pr206 competition to this where even the Germans have no response and Italian saetta sitting in the back has an even shorter window to kill get u Other nations need more attention

For real. I remember when the Synonan was a coastal forever- they finally gave it a DD spawn but it’s still pretty good against destroyers. The USS Hoaquim was given no such opportunity in coastal and slower than molasses too boot. It’s not Russian bias, they just dislike USN lol
