Wow I'm seriously so excited for this channel, I'm really interested in watching all these medical channels that have started documenting these intricate procedures and putting them on a public platform for us all to see. I've been struggling with my teeth and I'm not really happy with how they are, braces can get really expensive so I hopefully need to get some in the near future. I hope you upload videos talking about that. Also about dental hygiene in general!

Nida Rashid Braces are free for people under the age of 19 in Sweden. I had them for 7 months. My teeth weren't really bad but I got the opportunity to get them close to perfect so I said why not. And I feel like it was worth I now afterwards start saving money. After they took off the braces the teeth will move a bit but it will be a lot better than before. And I had a very tiny overbite, they fixed it to. Save up money and go for it, having nice and clean teeth is important.

Yeah I definitely need to invest in getting them soon, having nice teeth and a nice smile is definitely a good thing to have and a serious confidence boost too! I wish it were free in the US around that age because I have a gap tooth that caused other teeth to kind of move too, so if only I had the chance to fix that the other few teeth would have been fine

it's freakin me out bc when i was in high school i think (which was like 5-6 yr ago) i actually went to him at Warren Oral Surgery (where he used to work) to remove my wisdom teeth for a check up post surgery & I remember him being really chill, nice and overall welcoming with a huge grin on his face!! If u guys are srsly interested, from my personal experience i was completely satisfied (: Thank you Dr. Erakat for everything you do for your patients!

Unknown user Wrong. Basic dental care is copaid or free (not really free, but paid every month with taxes they discount straight out of your salary) in Sweden as well as in most European countries. That includes, among others, teeth removal, fillings and maxillofacial surgery, but it does not include any form of cosmetic dental care, such as whitening or orthodontic.

adam huq it takes 4 years of pre medical, then 4 years of med school, then 3-7 years for residency depending on specialty

Hi I'm Maya Hadad, I'm 16 and I'm from Chicago, I have been a big fan of Yousef since he started and I'm still he's #1 fan forever! That's how I know about your channel now! 💕 But anyways I had a question about a problem I have had for about a year. I have been getting bad aches and pain around the right side of my jaw and the specialist I saw ruled it out to be the muscle above my jaw but he said he couldn't see the whole side of my jaw because their machine just wouldn't get it. So he said try to relax, stay stress free and put a cold or warm compress on the area but I've tried and it still hurts badly and causes me to have headaches everyday all day. He said I do have four wisdom teeth slightly growing out already but he said that's supposedly not what's causing my pain. Also my jaw kind of clicks on the right side but he didn't mention any reason for that?🤔 sadly it seemed like he didn't care enough to really figure out what really is wrong because he was rushing. But I was hoping you can give me advice on what to do because this pain everyday is becoming annoying. I was wondering if you know anything that can help it get better? True Beauty Maya I have had this issue and it was because I am grinding my teeth in my sleep. Maybe this is your issue... I got a night guard off of amazon and it has helped. I got the slim one and not the big bulky one.

This is super inspiring, even though I have a long way to go, only being a Junior in high school Iv'e still been researching education requirements and what classes are needed to pursue a medical career, when I was little my parents bought me a little play dental kit and I acted like I was fixing their teeth, till this day I want to be a dental surgeon, no matter how much years of school is required. Due to my eating disorder I have done major damage to my teeth. I was in a very abusive relationship and he actually knocked some of my teeth out. Due to these two traumatic incidents my teeth now need to be removed and I need full dentures. I live with constant abscess some that I literally drain multiple times a day. I live in Canada but sadly even here where alot is covered dentist and surgery is not if you don't have insurance. I feel like a failure of a single mother to my kids who know I have a college degree in nursing but I can't work in the medical field with my mouth in this condition. I spend many days ans nights in a pain and feeling so low. I just wanted to thank you for helping people like me cause I know how much I would appreciate if I could get my teeth fixed..you are a good man!
