Tampa elected officials have focused so hard on bringing big business to the Tampa Bay area that they pushed out all small businesses and potential entrepreneurs.

Downtown Tampa needs a walkable shopping District more than anything. Hope they plan for that in the future.

I have said this. There are so many abandoned buildings downtown that they could make a shopping district similar to the one in Philly or NYC

I hope this development is not a failure,Unlike Midtown Tampa which was poorly designed.. The developer should have taken their time and done their homework and come up with an even better plan.. Who remembers TampaSphere? Even at 9 years old I knew that wasn't going to work either. At the time, My Father was the head of the investment division at Merrill Lynch.

From tampa general Good morning. Daily covid update is continued upward trend. 111 hospitalized here this morning, 56 in ICU, 15 on ventilators. Local news is doing a terrible job covering this. Frustrating. 21,000 new cases in FL in the last 24 hrs. Hope you all have a good day. Stay safe
