What is the maximum weight capacity? During traffic hour all lanes are jammed. At what point is the bridge in danger of sinking? Remember, the first I-90 bridge sank as did the Hood Canal Floating Bridge. Incidentally, it's all three to four years behind schedule.

Hm . Light rail on a floating bridge. Can you drive a train over it in a storm ? Wouldn't people get seasick ? Wouldn't you be forced to throw passengers out of the train during adverse weather to reduce weight ?
