@@salva2387 While I think there were some strange and not exactly needed changes, such a long string of updates back to back is something you rarely see nowadays, and personally I liked pretty much all the changes in the last few updates. Mods are the hold over for a lot of people while the developers work on things like new mechanics, fix game bugs, and update old dinos, while adding new ones. Mods give us new things to check out while we wait for official things to come out, and then when (or if) this game stops getting updates then the modding community can continue to carry the game with their own content

@TragikDino they didn't fix any bug. The quests are still a mess after MORE THAN 2 YEARS of them saying they were going to fix them. The AI are just " attack that!" Run from that!". ( they kinda forgot to add Intelligence to the Artificial). The game is still blocky and dull. No one of the playables have an actual " nice" that just are copied/pasted . The only thing keeping it alive are the fantasy mods. End of story.

Aero definitely has the best playstyle a high damage bleeder with pretty decent stamina and speed and a good jump, functions good solo and good in groups

Probably gonna come out after either the foliage rework or ocean rework I reckon. With those and further ai and nesting updates the game world is basically finished, allowing them to implement all of the newer features into the quest system.

Gotta give it to them, they threw hands up and let the community make the game for them.Meanwhile dozens of features like simple attacks with debuffs took months to release IE slicer, just to get a healing buff after biting something. New foliage that took years to be worked on as well, AIs that are animated and look straight outta a ps2 game. After 5 years, we have no group content like they mentioned in their interviews back in the day, nor anything PVE oriented to fill in the gaps of the Emptiness of their maps, literally lifeless and empty. Ocean gameloop is Non Existent, but I'm sure I'll get 100 boot lickers below this comment telling me how much pvp the game is how everything above is coming. Yeah, coming after 5 years of keeping the same systems in their most bare bones form, I sure as hell care so much about a new questing system when the one we have now we had to deal with for years. All and all, game's bare bones as they come. You can promise and work on as many features as you want in the future but if 5 years pass it feels like a garry's mod game, you're going to have people like me mentioning how bad the development of the game is.

How is no one seeing the fact that this is so shady that this development team is showcasing mods?? They are literally thriving and living off of mods while they sit back and do almost nothing. "Great updates just released with AI." Nah, absolutely not. If you remove the mods entirely, over half of the people who play this game will disappear. The game is bare bones with nothing else. Utter disappointment after the 5-6 years this game has been out. Mods have been carrying this game for years now, which is utterly embarrassing. This video is a huge sign of how much they've given up on it.
