It's not her normal voice that they use-and they don't 'edit it robotically'. Shes a voice over artist so has a siri voice to speak with. Most voice actors experiment over time to get the required result that the individual voice. You don't think the voice of goofy actually sounds like that? Same with every voice artist. On the remark that she recorded it all 8 years ago that's ridiculous as well. They'll record new phrases every once in a while so they can further improve the responses.
