Here in Bohol, especially in Panglao, we have a wide and growing population of foreigners who decided to move here. Like it or not, Bohol is also this and I'm glad those ladies can also represent their chosen municipality according to their origins ❤️ The Province and the Miss Bohol organization are very were aware of this, but unfortunately there are still some people (thanks God a small minority) who doesn't get it yet. 🤷

Miss Tagbilaran is always favored every year by Tagbilaran judges. Bad pageant. It’s cooking show for Misses Tagbilaran. Other towns should stop sending delegates if you place many judges from Tagbilaran City.

I also think that a "beauty" competition should emphasize natural beauty without all the makeup and other faux or tattooed-on supposedly beauty enhancements. Honestly, it's becoming difficult to determined whether they are heavily made-up women or drag queens. Too much deception nowadays which unfortunately has been normalized. Sus ginuo!

I agree with you in this, but make-up and styling play a big part in a pageant competition. They really manage to transform these ladies. 😍

@@PaoloRigotti Other than intelligence which obviously cannot be artificially masked, my guess is that the other main criteria are beauty and confidence which are rendered pointless or become neutered if the participants are hiding behind "masks" instead of their true natural beauty and be confident about it. Perhaps the event should appropriately be called Facial Transformation Competition, Fantasy Beauty Pageant, Facial Art Competition, Face Painting Competition, etc.

@@rauldoeshollywood I mean... this is what pageants all around the world are all about. 😆 Most of the sponsors are always cosmetics and beauty salons. Here in Bohol they also put special emphasis on their communication skills. They really want to have a good spokesperson when it comes to represent the province. 🥰👍
