It refers to drinking (alcohol) sessions among peers, usually during fiestas, birthday or wedding parties or any celebrations wherein wine , beer or tuba (local alcoholic drink from coconut trees ) flows. Literally, it means "Drink all.". Figuratively, it means: " Drink as much and as fast as you can! Sky is no limit!". Btw, "Si, senor!" in Boholano is : "Sigue, Nyor!". Or: "O, Nyor! ". Or: "OK, Bay!".
