Not gonna lie this is probably the most authentic feeling Indian character in a game. His voicelines sounds so authentic, like an actual indian dude. Most of the other games with an indian character make them so stereotypical and their dialogues also sound like they just used google translate for it, prime example being someone like symmetra in overwatch. I am really happy with the direction riot took with harbor, the character feels solid. PS: I'm not talking about his accent btw, that's not something difficult to do. I'm talking about the bits of hindi he speaks in game and the way he mixes it in between sentences. Just the perfect amount like how most hindi speakers would speak.

Harbor's Ultimate needs a Buff. Not gonna lie, I used him when he came out, realized it didn't hit anyone because they just see where the concuss is coming from and just move away from it. I think the entire Ult space should be slowed as well. Kinda like Chamber's slow when he uses his Tour de Force. Just the entire Harbor Ult is a massive water Slow and then you get concussed if you're hit within the Ult. All Harbor's abilities are Incredibly Passive... His Ult would make him decent enough to be worth choosing.

Harbor is so badass that people actually started comparing him with gigachad. But what really brings life to this character is that excellent voice of Mr. Sunil Malhotra. Also, just like cascade buff of Harbor in latest patch i did like to see extra cove ability for purchase in game. Because I really want to main this agent. And certainly speaking i am terrible at using his abilities currently.
