He's just there to ask questions, hoping to get inspired by the differentiating factor being done, which he quickly realises - there's none to be found! And this is where his investigative nature starts to dig & the CEO's BS is showing (spouting lots of grand & half-baked ideals with little business sense)

I don’t see where he’s full of bs. I see where his belief of them being a tech type of company as BS but that’s where he was trying to get to. I think the problem isn’t his bs or lying, it’s his blitzscaling. His concept of community and blitzscaling is so common nowadays with successful companies such as Uber… so to say he’s full of bs isn’t necessarily true.
