The professor may yet end up being vindicated in his original decision.

He has an amazing ability of saying a lot without saying anything - if it wasn't for the fact that Softbank had to invest big to meet its investment quotas then no one would have given this company a second look

If you want community, move to Burlington Vermont. Boulder Colorado. It turns out cities like these have wonderful sense of community without being a corporate brand. Crazy that anyone thinks yet another brand, another Corp is the answer.

The funny thing is that he still has hundreds of millions of dollars. Most people mocking Adam Newman now ain't even worth a single million.
@sophocles87613 жыл бұрын
No he doesn't most of his millions in package is valued against the business in options and shares, which he can't sell straight away this is normal because when you get rid of a founder you need to keep them on the hook. The business is worthless today investors have backed off and COVID and he is facing tax and litigation costs - the media always makes him look like a supervillain by saying he has hundreds of millions - the potential is there in theory but not in reality - with his reputation he won't even be able to borrow against those assets

@Michael Agnello Michael, you're my hero for the day. Your comment is spot on and Steve Jobs is good example that big enterprises are built on mistakes. Adam is human and deserves to make one too.

Surprisingly, I find parts of his vision attractive:) And yes, Adam is easy on my eyes. With those soulful eyes, soothing voice and clear good-looking face, I would--with proper controls in place--be willing to invest in a start up. I actually fault the central bankers for creating this mess with their fiat money policies. Then the other investors who failed to do their due diligence. I hear that even HE was surprised at how much money was thrown his way to be used freely.

He's hideous. Lose the Italian suit and he'd look like a homeless crackhead. But that is just superficial. His real problem is narcissism and megalomania. His vision to be the "world's first trillionaire", and to "live forever". All while partying, and working real hard having earth-shattering ideas every day. He's obviously a history-making genius of a caliber the world has never seen before. This is all greed and gullibility from Masa, and greed and hubris from Neumann. All foolishness.

Jared Leto just can't act. He got the voice right but he was far too intence. The real Adam is much calmer.
